Instructor: Assembly, Perf & Tech and Kaiser Kids Dance

Apparently, going to see The Nutcracker at a young age is what drew Adrienne to ballet!  Adrienne danced for 2 years from ages 5-7 and then switched to gymnastics briefly. She started dancing more seriously late, as far as dance goes, at age 11.  At age 12, she was placed en pointe and had the honor of dancing the lead in two ballets for her studio my junior and senior year of high school.  She went on to study ballet at the University of Utah where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science & Health from The University of Utah.

She has taught ballet off and on ever since she was 16 years old.  The beauty, grace and strength of ballet have always inspired and enthralled her.  Her desire as a teacher is to share the joy and love of movement while implementing excellent technique.  Technique is what sets apart a good dancer from an exceptional dancer and also lengthens a career. Her mission is to bring out the best in each dancer and to help them learn how to move their body the best way possible to evoke a movement, feeling or experience.

Adrienne is also a personal trainer and fitness coach certified by NASM and ACE and is a Precision Nutrition level 1 nutrition coach.
