About The Kaiser Center For The Performing Arts

Located within the City of Murphy, The Kaiser Center for the Performing Arts is a 9,300 square foot dance facility housing five dance studios, music lesson rooms and a black box theatre. While we are a relatively new dance school, our teachers have a wealth of knowledge and experience.

To ensure classes are suitable for those who attend, we offer a range of options across styles, age groups and abilities. Whether you are aiming for a professional career, want to compete on stage or just want to give dance a try, we have a class for you.

The team at The Kaiser Center for the Performing Arts are focused on being Customer Care Champions and aims to make sure everybody feels taken care of. Our collective approach is to share our love of dance while being supportive and encouraging.

At The Kaiser Center for the Performing Arts, our mission is to provide the community with a place to share and pass on the joy and discipline of dance and the arts through technique, performance, technology, theory and basic human compassion and interaction.

We provide an environment that challenges dancers and artists to strive for betterness while also being respectful to other members of the community.

Students and staff engage with each other and learn to work as a cohesive unit to fulfil a common purpose.

Kendra Reynolds

Kendra Reynolds, from Wylie, Texas, began dancing at the age of three. Kendra loves to move and be busy and has found dance to be the perfect outlet. Kendra danced with the McLennan Community College dance team where she competed and won a National Championship in 2010 and 2011.

Derrius J. Harmon (Bang) began dancing in high school, at the age of 17, at Oscar Dean Wyatt High School. He spent his senior year training in jazz, ballet, and modern.

Apparently, going to see The Nutcracker at a young age is what drew Adrienne to ballet! Adrienne danced for 2 years from ages 5-7 and then switched to gymnastics briefly.

Kay started dancing because my 3 older sisters were very invested in it so I gave it a try. For a short period of time she had to stop completely due to financial situations but remembers how excited she was when she got to start again. After being introduced to the competitive world of dance, she LOVED it and wanted to do it for as long as she could, and still loves being on the stage.

Kiera started dancing at the age of 2 and at the age of 7 began dancing competitively at Dance Company of Wylie. Kiera danced competitively for 10 years where she was inducted into the National Honor Society for Dance Arts and began assisting and teaching herself.After leaving dance for a couple years after highschool, Kiera found her way back into dance after realizing how much dance is part of her.

Cassie began dancing at the age of 2. Cassie loved dance from the very beginning and took every style she could, but heavily based her skills in ballet. She danced for 12 years before transitioning into drill team in high school.

Abby fell in love with dancing at 8 years old when her cousins introduced her to it and she danced through grade school on her High School Drill Team here in Wylie. Abby received her Bachelor of Arts degree in dance from Texas Tech (wreck em!) after changing her major from nursing because she kept being called to dance and to pursue her passion in teaching dance.

Saxon has been dancing in a preschool combo class at the age of 2 in Mansfield Tx. She initially started dancing because her preschool had a joint program with the studio. A bus would take them to dance classes once a week. She was then educated at Stagedoor Dance Centre in Mansfield Tx from ages 2-18, under the ownership and direction of Joanna Bennet.
