Kiera started dancing at the age of 2 and at the age of 7 began dancing competitively at Dance Company of Wylie. Kiera danced competitively for 10 years where she was inducted into the National Honor Society for Dance Arts and began assisting and teaching herself.After leaving dance for a couple years after highschool, Kiera found her way back into dance after realizing how much dance is part of her.
Kiera has been working as a physical therapy assistant and has a talent in working with kids and is currently working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education. Her mission is to encourage her dancers to understand that her instruction isn’t only about dance but learning how to be an amazing human and how to grow in dance and life.
Her hope is for her dancers to feel safe and excited every time they come to class and that she can be a loyal and honest leader for all of her students and to build lifelong relationships with her KCPA family.
