Kirsten started dancing at the age of 2 under the guidance of her mom and danced at Steps Dance Center in Woodstock with Jamie Howard. She always knew that dance was her lifelong goal: choreographing, performing, and teaching were always a natural territory. Kirsten received her Bachelor’s degree in dance from Texas State University and has been teaching and choreographing in the Dallas area for 18 years.
Her mission is to instill knowledge, passion and growth for her students in a fun, safe and creative environment and for her students to see their own growth and find a love for dance even when it’s hard. Kirsten is inspired by her students as she guides them to find their own joy in movement and fearless perseverance.
Kirsten’s hopes are to find a family friendly environment with KCPA that will allow her to grow alongside her students as we should always be learning together.
