I started dancing when I was two years old at the Dance Company of Wylie. While I’ve been dancing for the past 16 years straight, the pandemic really brought me closer to dance and how important it became to me.
My main goal as an educator is being a good influence and helping younger generations see different body types represented in dance. One of my biggest inspirations is Julia Lowrie, who helped me gain the mentality of pushing through hard obstacles and believing in myself and others even when things get hard. My biggest goal as an educator is be a trustworthy and supportive friend to the kids, I want to be someone that they feel is rooting for them through all their challenges.
